Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation, while you are laying down. It takes you from active to restful brainwaves, similar to being asleep, so that you will experience a profound relaxation. It helps us to let go, keep perspective and restore balance. It also promotes falling asleep at night, especially when practiced on a regular basis.

Contribution

Thank you for your contribution between €10 and €15 for a 1.15 hr class.
Ideally you pay before class starts. You can pay for one class or for several at once and mention the dates or amount of classes in the description. Please also mention your name, if it’s not the same as on your account.

To prepare

Find a comfortable place for your practice. I recommend following the class on a laptop or tablet if you can, so that you can put your phone aside and on silence/ flight mode.
I would recommend to always have a blanket ready. Other props that might come in handy (but are not necessary): a block or think book, a pillow and a belt (or shirt or towel).
